Please read this policy before purchasing credits. It sits alongside the buyer terms and applicable UK consumer law.

Initial purchase

A full refund is available within 30 days of an initial purchase.

Subsequent credit purchases

No refunds are available on subsequent credit purchases, subject to UK consumer law and applicable billing terms.

Stopping access

You can stop access at any time. This stops further lead allocation. It does not change the policy for credits already purchased or leads already claimed.
