Terms of buyer access
These terms explain the distinction between standard credit-based access and separate conditional paid exclusivity.
Standard access and allocation
Standard access is credit-based, single-allocation and first-to-claim. Phone leads allocate to the first eligible buyer to answer. Form leads allocate to the first eligible buyer to log in and claim. Once claimed, a lead is not resold. Standard access is not paid exclusivity.
Signup leads and credits
New buyers receive three free signup leads only to assess the service before buying credits. We do not promise ongoing free leads, enquiry volumes, lead quality, results or ROI.
Conditional paid exclusivity
Paid exclusivity requires a separate agreement. Where agreed, qualifying leads for a defined service and territory auto-allocate before others can claim. The agreement covers the service, territory or postcodes, qualification, allocation hours and credit requirements.
Stopping access and termination
You can stop access at any time, which stops further lead allocation. We may terminate access for abuse, spam or illegal activity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
